All Saints is largely a ‘local church’, with most of the congregation living in the parish or nearby. At the centre of the parish is Onslow Village; and from there it extends outwards towards the Cathedral, the town centre and the Farnham Road. All Saints has something of a ‘village feel’ in that people know each other well, and value belonging to a close-knit community.
The congregation is inter-generational, with good numbers of children, young people, adults and more senior members meeting together each Sunday. Our Worship offers a broad breadth of styles, with choir and organ two Sundays a month; and more informal, band-led worship on the first and third Sundays of each month. On the first Sunday of each month we hold a cafe style 'Altogether Worship' service, which provides an accessible way into church for those who are new. 'Childrens and Young People's Church' offers teaching, guidance, hospitality and friendship to children of all ages.
Worship is at the heart of all we do, as we gather around the Lord’s Table week by week. That’s the source from which our life of fellowship and hospitality in Jesus Christ flows.
