Data Protection

New legislation (the General Data Protection Regulation, or GDPR for short) coming into force in May 2018 means that All Saints’ has to obtain and record your permission for holding your contact details and sending you information. So, we would be very grateful if you would complete a contact form (on office.com). There is no deadline or reason to feel pressured; you can fill in the form at any time to put yourself on our list.  However, if you don’t do this, then from 25 May 2018 you will stop receiving news from the church and details of forthcoming events. The easiest way to fill things out is online, but you can also download a version to print. If you do this, please fill out the form place it in the pigeonholes in the church lobby for the attention of the Parish Administrator, or return to the Data Protection Officer, Simon Doran.

This form also gives you the opportunity to subscribe to the All Saints’ Family List. The list is a booklet that will be distributed free of charge only to those who subscribe by ticking “Yes” at the appropriate place on the contact form. It contains the names and contact details of everyone who subscribes, but will not include details of other members of the church. The Family List is supplied on the condition that recipients do not re-distribute the list, either in printed form, electronic form or by any other method of publication.

We are committed to being good stewards of your personal information and, like other organisations, we have a detailed Privacy Policy, which is also displayed on the church notice boards.
